Start with the workload. Then check the budget.

Two plans.
One price at all 5 locations.

Rent a dedicated physical Mac mini by the day, week, month, or quarter. All prices are in USD. Choose memory and storage to match your workload, then pick the location that works for your team. Plans start at $21.8/day.

Each physical machine is assigned to one customer, not shared as a virtual machine. Billing starts after payment. Check the control panel for the instance's current availability.

Match the plan to your workload

Choose memory for the work you actually run

Both plans use Apple M4. They differ in unified memory and built-in SSD capacity. The 16GB plan is a good starting point for individual use. If you run several projects at once or work with large files, consider the 24GB plan. We don't promise fixed build times: results depend on project size, dependencies, and parallel workloads.

UDP M4 16

For individual remote desktop use, lighter builds, and occasional testing. Check that your project, dependency cache, and build artifacts fit in the available storage before deciding whether to expand the SSD.

Weekly

Monthly

Quarterly

The entire physical machine is yours; CPU and memory aren't shared with other customers. If your workload regularly runs short on memory, reassess the plan rather than simply adding storage.

UDP M4 24

For parallel builds across multiple projects and large-file workflows. If you need an editor, development tools, and build tasks running together, estimate total memory use first. More memory doesn't guarantee a fixed increase in speed.

Like the 16GB plan, it gives you a dedicated macOS desktop and command line. Large-file transfer speeds still depend on your local network, so choosing a higher plan doesn't replace choosing a nearby location.

Compare prices by billing term

Choose by expected use, and compare like for like

Each price below is for the host for that billing term; add-ons are priced separately. Choose daily billing for short tests, weekly for a project phase, or monthly or quarterly for longer-term use. Don't compare prices across different terms as if they covered the same period.

Host pricing · All prices in USD. The same at all 5 locations.
PlanDayWeekMonthQuarter
UDP M4 16$21.8$58.8$108.8$295.9
UDP M4 24$40.9$110.4$204.4$556

Your billing term determines the service period for this purchase. To renew an existing instance, check its expiry date and available terms in the control panel before confirming the new bill. A new order is not a renewal of an existing instance.

Add-ons, priced separately

Budget only for the extras your project needs

Add-ons use the same billing term as the host. Estimate the space needed for your repositories, toolchains, dependency caches, and build artifacts before adding storage. SSD expansion doesn't increase the host's unified memory.

Add-on pricing · All prices in USD, charged separately from the host.
Add-onDayWeekMonthQuarter
+1TB SSD$2.5$6.9$12.7$34.5
+2TB SSD$5$13.8$25.4$69
Thunderbolt 5 daisy-chain (per machine)$1.1$2.9$5.3$14.4

Check what you need, then confirm the quantity

The host's built-in SSD and an added SSD appear as separate billing items. Thunderbolt 5 daisy-chain is priced per machine. If you're using multiple machines, check the plan and quantity for each one; this add-on doesn't include another host.

To add or change an add-on for an existing instance, confirm the available changes, cost, and effective date in the control panel. These are the full-term list prices; no refund or credit formula is assumed for mid-term changes.

What goes into a monthly bill

This example combines a Japan (Tokyo) location, UDP M4 16, and +1TB SSD for the same billing term. It's an illustration, not an order that's been placed or paid for.

Sample monthly bill

Host and SSD on the same billing term

Billing term
Monthly
Location
Japan (Tokyo)
Host · UDP M4 16
$108.8
Add-on · +1TB SSD
$12.7
Total · USD
$121.5

Calculation: $108.8 + $12.7 = $121.5.

Your billing term determines the price column

This example uses monthly billing, so the host costs $108.8 and the SSD costs $12.7. Daily, weekly, and quarterly billing use their own listed prices. The daily rate multiplied by a number of days isn't a substitute for the monthly price.

Your location determines where the machine is

All 5 locations have the same listed prices. To move to another region, create an instance at the new location and migrate your data; you can't just change the location on an existing order. The new instance has its own order and billing details.

Check your bill before paying or making changes

Billing starts after payment. Check add-ons as separate items, and confirm any changes to an existing service in the control panel. Before paying, verify the host, billing term, location, quantity, and add-ons.

Hardware and service scope

What you rent, and what add-ons change

Both plans provide a dedicated physical Mac mini, not a machine split between customers. Your plan determines the hardware; your location determines where you connect. Check these choices separately.

Network
Connect through the data center at your chosen location. Find connection details on the instance page. Actual performance depends on your network connection.
Add-ons

Use the macOS desktop or command line. Browser-based remote desktop requires a modern browser and a stable connection; use SSH for command-line builds and scripts. Before migrating, make a list of your projects, toolchain versions, and files you need to keep.

Our commitment and how to request a credit

Uptime commitment, measured by service time

99.9%

Uptime commitment

Over a 30-day period, 99.9% uptime allows for approximately 43 minutes of downtime. Downtime beyond that allowance is credited as service time on a proportional basis. This describes the commitment, not historical monitoring results.

To request a credit, submit a support ticket through the control panel with the instance ID, location, and downtime start and recovery times, including the time zone. If available, attach screenshots of connection failures or error logs to help us verify the time period.

All locations operate year-round, 365 days a year. Exceptions, including force majeure and issues caused by user actions, are defined in the service terms. Troubleshoot local network issues separately from instance downtime; desktop lag alone doesn't establish that an instance was down.

One last check before you pay

Two payment methods, all billed in USD

We accept USDT-TRC20 and Visa / Mastercard / Amex (via Stripe). Payment options available at checkout are determined by the response from the payment gateway. Billing starts after payment.

Pay with USDT-TRC20

At checkout, verify the network, recipient details, and amount due, then follow the payment instructions for that order. Keep the transaction hash and amount. If there's a payment issue, use these details to identify the order.

Pay with Visa / Mastercard / Amex

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Complete your payment at checkout, then check the instance status once the payment is confirmed. If something goes wrong, provide the order ID and payment record. Never send your full card number in a support ticket.

When reporting a payment issue, include the order ID, payment time and time zone, amount, and transaction details we can verify. Follow up through a control panel support ticket so the issue stays together; keep payment status and instance usage details distinct.

Renewals and changes

What to check after choosing a billing term

Can I renew by the day?

Daily billing is available. To renew an existing instance, check its available renewal terms and expiry date in the control panel, then pay the renewal bill. If you need to keep the same machine and its data, renew through the existing instance rather than placing a new order.

Can I upgrade to the 24GB plan before my term ends?

UDP M4 16 and UDP M4 24 are different physical configurations, not virtual instances where memory can be increased instantly. To change plans mid-term, submit a support ticket through the control panel with your current instance ID, target plan, and preferred migration time. Confirm the process, cost, and effective date first.

If you need to create a new instance on the target plan, back up and verify your project and toolchain before arranging the handover. Don't delete essential files from the original instance until migration is complete.

Can I cancel an add-on mid-term?

Add-ons use the same billing term as the host. Confirm cancellation, any price adjustment, and the effective date in the control panel; immediate refunds or automatic credits for unused days aren't guaranteed. Before changing SSD options, move any data you need to keep and verify the copies.

Do all 5 locations cost the same?

Yes. Singapore, Japan (Tokyo), South Korea (Seoul), Hong Kong, and US West all use the host prices listed on this page. Choose a location to suit your workflow: graphical work often benefits from a nearby location, while build workloads may depend more on where most of your team is based. Check the control panel for the instance's current availability.

The same price doesn't mean identical connection performance, and you can't simply switch the location of an existing instance. To change locations, create an instance at the new location and migrate your data.

Budget sorted? Choose a location near your team.

Confirm your plan, billing term, and add-ons, then choose a location based on where your team does most of its work. If several people will use the machine in turn, note your toolchain versions and any tasks in progress.
